We are a technology publication covering the ideas, companies, products, platforms, and changes shaping the way people live and work.

Technology is a huge subject, and we intend to treat it that way.

We are interested in what people use today, what companies are building for tomorrow, and everything happening in between.

That can mean digital platforms, consumer technology, artificial intelligence, entertainment, software, online services, automation, new devices, changing industries, or technology that has suddenly become relevant for reasons nobody expected.

The subject matters less than the story, though.

If something is changing how people use technology, how businesses operate, or how an industry develops, there is a good chance we will want to look at it.

Our Team

Caleb McMahon covers media, digital platforms, streaming, television, and the technology surrounding how people consume entertainment.

With a background in digital media and communications, Caleb has spent years following the companies and platforms shaping modern media.

He likes questioning the logic behind industry decisions and has a particular talent for noticing when a supposedly new idea looks suspiciously familiar.

Sandra Cuevas focuses on innovation and what happens when ambitious ideas start entering the real world.

She has a B.S. in Computer Science and postgraduate education in Technology and Innovation Management, along with years of experience around emerging technology and digital products.

Sandra is sometimes skeptical, often curious, and always willing to say exactly what she thinks when a new technology looks impressive, overhyped, genuinely useful, or nowhere near ready.

How We See Technology

We like technology.

That does not mean we automatically believe everything technology companies tell us.

A good product can still have flaws. A clever innovation can still solve a problem nobody really has. A company can make a smart business decision that customers hate.

Those contradictions are usually where the better stories are.

Our authors bring their own expertise and opinions to their work, and we want that personality to remain visible. Facts come first, but analysis matters too.

Where E-Services Is Going

Technology will keep changing, and so will the subjects we cover.

E-services is not built around one narrow corner of the industry. The site is meant to grow with the technology around us, adding new areas of coverage as interesting stories, products, industries, and ideas emerge.

Our goal is simply to keep paying attention.

When technology changes something worth talking about, we want to be there to explain it.

Thank you for being with us!
